Sulphuric Acid 51-98%

Sulphuric Acid is a clear, colourless to slightly yellow, oily liquid. Its appearance varies slightly based on concentration.
51–70%: Less viscous, slightly yellow, can release fumes in humid air.
98% (Concentrated): Dense, highly viscous, colourless to slightly brown due to impurities, extremely corrosive.

Common uses of Sulphuric Acid (51–98%):

• Petroleum Refining (Removing impurities from crude oil)
• Battery Acid (Lead-acid batteries in vehicles)
• Chemical Synthesis (Production of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid)

• Textile and Dye Industry (Production of synthetic dyes)
• Water Treatment (pH control and purification)
• Paper and Pulp Industry (Bleaching wood pulp)

Higher concentrations (98%) are used in industrial chemical synthesis, while lower concentrations (51–70%) are used in less aggressive applications like fertilisers and wastewater treatment.
